It’s nice to think of our family and friends when we see something that they may be interested in. Use the form below to refer them and as a token of our appreciation we offer a 1% (plus GST if applicable) referral fee of the purchase price paid after settlement.

Q) What is the Referral Fee?
A) The Referral Fee is 1% of the purchase price paid to you 7 days after settlement. It is our way of saying thank you for entrusting DevelopWise to look after them. We promise to give our utmost professional service and help them find what they are looking for.

Q) Do I have to be an Agent to refer?
A) No, anyone can refer a contact to us. You can refer your family, friends, relatives, colleagues or anyone who you have recommended our project to. Please ensure you have their permission to refer them and not just anyone you think might be interested in the project.

Q) How do I refer?
A) Simply fill out the online form and submit both your and their contact details to us. As long as their contact is not already in our system, you will be entitled to the Referral Fee.

Q) Is there a limit to how many buyers I can refer?
A) No, there is no limit.

Q) Is there a time limit for my referral?
A) Yes, the time limit is 6 months from the date of referral for a contract to be accepted.

Q) What if the contact I referred has already registered or in your database?
A) Unfortunately, you will not be entitled to the Referral Fee.
